Danielle was fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to understand what we wanted, never hesitated to offer her time for house viewing or explanations, and she was extremely patient and helpful with preparing us for every step of the way. Her customer service and business knowledge were constantly on full display, but she elevated her performance even higher after our offer was accepted on a house. The house included financed solar panels that required a loan transfer to the buyer and there were other parties involved that were not being responsive and transparent. Danielle unhesitatingly took ownership of the situation by reaching out to everyone involved to get things straightened out and saved us an additional $16,000 in the process! We could not be more thankful for the services provided by Danielle and her team to get us into our residential home.
